Club Rules

Eligibility

‍Rally Point East’s membership is offered, subject to the Membership Committee’s sole discretion and all other applicable rules, to persons who are at least 21 years old on or before the date accepted as a Member of Rally Point East. By submitting your application for Rally Point East membership, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 21 years old and that you are authorized to enter into this agreement.

Membership

Memberships are annually and begin on the membership start date. Membership renewals are automatic and take place on an annual basis after the initial Membership Term. Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be placed on hold.
In order to discontinue membership, members must provide the club with a 30-day written notice prior to their renewal date. The Membership Committee reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member, at any time, at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Membership Fees & Deposit

‍Upon acceptance, a non-refundable initiation fee will be charged. Any applicable membership fees will be charged annually.

Payment

‍Members are responsible for settling any open balance incurred during each visit to Rally Point East. Members shall assume responsibility for open balances of their guests and authorize Rally Point East to charge the credit card attached to their account for any balance left unpaid. Members must maintain a valid form of payment on file with Rally Point East.

Membership Cancellation

‍Notice of cancellation is required 30 days prior to the last day of the membership term via written notice to club@rallypointeast.com. Within that time, all outstanding balances must be settled.

Member Access

‍Members have access to the clubhouse during our normal busines hours. Workstations, simulators, seating areas are available on a first come, first serve basis to our members. Conference room is available to members and can be booked in advance.

Guests

‍Each Member is permitted to invite up to three guests at a time. All guests must sign in at the front desk upon arrival before being granted access to the Club. Guests of Members will not be offered access to the Club until the Member is present. Members are fully responsible for the conduct and behavior of their guests and for all facilities used by them in the Club. Members should employ fair and proper usage when inviting guests. If the same guest is in the space with a frequency that the Committee considers to be excessive, the Guest may be refused further entry, or may be invited to apply for Membership. As a guidance, more than four times a year will be generally considered excessive. Spouse/Significant Other/Boyfriend/Girlfriend/Child under 21 is allowed at any time.

Children

‍All guests under the age of 21 are welcome to the club during normal business hours and most RSVP’d events. Members are solely responsible for children and must ensure that they are attended at all times while at Rally Point East.

Events

‍Most events have a limit in the number of people that can attend each event. Members and their Guests are NOT confirmed to attend any Event unless and until you RSVP. Some events at Rally Point East or events at a different location may be an additional charge. All prices will be stated in the Event descriptions prior to the event. General- ly, attendance is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we encourage you to RSVP for any desired Events as soon as is practicable.

Parking

‍Parking is on a first come first serve basis. Members should be respectful to the other businesses in the Hamptons Business District and should park in allotted spots. Members and guests should not speed, drive recklessly, rev their engine, or do burnouts in the vicinity of the property. Any members or guests found acting inappropriately may be asked to leave and membership may be revoked.

Appropriate Conduct

‍Rally Point East holds sole discretion of entry of any Member or guest. Should the activities of any Member or guest be determined illegal, disruptive, inappropriate or potentially a legal or reputational liability inconsistent with the Terms & Conditions of the Membership Agreement, Rally Point East does not serve any alcohol. Alcoholic beverages are available, but they are not served nor sold. Members consumption of alcohol and conduct during and after consumption is the sole responsibility of each member. Management reserves the right to refuse access and escort patrons off premises at any time for any reason or no reason.

Membership Property

‍While the environment of our club is relaxed and unsuspecting, Rally Point East is not liable for any missing or stolen property. Members will be solely responsible for the safety, partial or total loss, damage, theft and security of their personal belongings and those of their guests.

Personal Information & Change of Address

‍We require all active members of Rally Point East to have on file current information including: photo, email, address, phone number and a valid credit card. Members are responsible for promptly updating their personal contact information with Rally Point East in order to receive any notices and up-to-date information.

Updates to Rules

‍The Membership Agreement, Club Rules, levels of Membership and benefits may change in the future at any time at the discretion of Rally Point East’s Management. Rally Point East will communicate any changes to club rules via our website or by other means of communication.
